pilatesOur Pilates class offers a body conditioning routine that can help build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.

It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and developing a strong core, and improving co-ordination and balance.

Mondays, 9.30-10.30am.
Tuesdays, 10.30-11.30am.
Thursdays, 7.30-8.30pm.
